Two massive engine options are available for the 2023 Jeep Gladiator, and the power for both engines is exceptional. Every trim level comes standard with a 3.6-liter V6 that doles out a remarkable 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, which will pair with either a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission giving you a smooth ride both on and off the road. The option is a remarkable 3.0-liter diesel V6 getting you 260 horses and a solid 442 lb-ft of torque. This engine will pair exclusively with the eight-speed automatic transmission. If you want your truck to do some serious towing and hauling, then the Gladiator is for you, as it can haul 7,650 pounds with a payload capacity of 1,700 pounds. There is nothing the Gladiator can't do!

The Rubicon is built for the woods as it comes with an electronically locking front differential, Fox suspension components, an electronically disconnecting sway bar, and another rear tow hook. The Mojave is geared more for the desert terrain as it has an electronically locking rear differential, extra Fox parts, and a desert-rated badge.
